The self-propelled pallet loader, model PEA-3D has been specially designed for being easily air- transported in the ramp of CN-235/C-295 aircraft, without taking up cargo space in the hold. Its main function is transporting and loading/unloading military pallets (108” x 88”) up to 3.000 kgs to aircraft with a doorsill height of up to 1.450 mm.
It is powered by a diesel engine for both raising/lowering and movement and it is remote control operated (cable or RF).
It drives up and enters ramp of the aircraft by its own power, due to its high-torque hydraulic motors and anti-skid system.
